The cabins

The cabins are made of wood. 2, 3 or 4 beds depending on the composition of your family. Shutters, shelves, closet, 2 deck chairs, brooms.

FULL BOARD ACCOMMODATION

HOLIDAYS FROM JUNE, 13th TO august, 29TH : CABIN (B1,B2 OR B3), SPORTS & ACTIVITIES.

Rate per person, based on a double cabin and includes :
FULL BOARD (vin inclus, served at table), SPORTS, ACTIVITIES, EVENTS and taxes.
Stays from Saturday after 3pm to Saturday before 10am. This price does not include : travel, transfers, regional tax on transport, B2, B3 and single cabin supplements.
In early arrival, please let us know when booking or when paying the balance (1 month before your arrival).
Lunch on the first day will be charged €20 per person.
The cabins will be ready from 3pm.

• Bed & breakfast
B3 cabin : 320 € per person.
B2 cabin : 250 € per person.
B1 cabin : 200 € per person.
• Half-board : diner, served at table, wine included additional charge of 175 € per person and per week.

Activities

CHILDREN

MINI-CLUB from 4 to 10 years.
CLUB ADO from 10 to 14 years.
Supervised by qualified staff, your children will take part in games, crafts, sports, activities and will rehearse shows.
Possible extras outside the Club : rope park, inflatable towed tube, Segway … (with extra charge)

ACTIVITIES AND SPORTS (INCLUDED)

WINDSURFING (minimal age 15 years).

Our windsurfing instructors welcomes you in the morning for all levels lessons. Windsurfs are available during the afternoon for a ride. We also have stand up paddles.

TENNIS

Four tennis courts are at your disposal throughout your stay (to be booked one day ahead at the Club House). Lessons for beginners and confirmed players every morning. Minimal age 15 years old.
Single and double tournaments weekly. No racket rental.

FITNESS

Yoga, Pilates, stretching, step, dance classes (preparation for shows).

ENTERTAINMENT

The Theatre team presents shows every nights : dance, singing, sketches, talent show, quizz…
Musical ambience until midnight.

RESTAURANT

The open-air restaurant, sheltered by pine trees and arbors, welcomes you for a continental breakfast buffet from 7:30 am to 10 am.
Lunch, presented as a buffet with cold and warm dishes, salads and barbecues, is prepared by our chefs and is served between 12:30 pm and 01:30 pm.
Dinner is a set menu with regional products served per table of 8 people from 8:00 pm and includes a starter, a main course and a dessert.
Corsican wines are included during your lunch and dinner*.

BEACH BAR

Set on the beach facing the cristal clear sea, our team welcomes you from 10am to 12pm for tasty cocktails, refreshments and local drinks*. You can enjoy the most beautiful sunset, with family, friends or for a romantic moment. For snacks, ice creams are sold at the bar. Crêpes are sold from 3 pm to 6 pm at the « Crêperie ».

* Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health.

General Booking Conditions

MODIFICATIONS
Any modification is subject to our approval and availability. Once approved, it must be confirmed by post and must be accompanied by the reservation document. This will result in an additional charge of €20 per person. Any modification made less than one month before your arrival will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the conditions set out in the Cancellations section.

CANCELLATIONS

Any cancellation must be sent to us by post and must be accompanied by the registration card. Regardless of the date and reason for your cancellation, the following charges will apply:
• €50 per person if you cancel more than one month before your arrival.
• 50% of the canceled package if you cancel between 30 and 15 days before your arrival.
• 75% of the canceled package if you cancel between 14 and 4 days before your arrival.
• 100% of the canceled package if you cancel within 3 days prior to your arrival.
No refund may be requested after the arrival date or during the stay.
In order to avoid any dispute regarding modification or cancellation dates, only the postmark will be considered valid.

IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE
After contacting the customer service department and in the absence of a satisfactory response or any response within a period of 60 days, the customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Mediator, whose contact details are provided below:

The establishment C.O Soleil de Calvi is a member of the Tourism and Travel Mediation scheme through its membership in the professional association UMIH, duly listed on the website www.mtv.travel under the “Members” section.

RESPONSABILITES

The Club is an intermediary between its members and the various carriers, planes, cars, etc. Therefore, it can not be held responsible for changes that may occur for any reason, personal injury or damage, delays, strikes, technical problems and loss or damage of luggage. (Carriers Liability) . No refund can be requested for any of those reasons. However, the Club will make every effort to find a pragmatic solution in the best of its ability. The Club accepts no liability for any accident involving a person with medical contraindications. Swimming abilities are required for any use of Windsurfs or Stand-up paddle.

PRACTICAL INFORMATIONS

Off-season: accommodation and breakfast, with the option of half board from June 6 to June 13 and from August 29 to September 5.
Club Package: full board including sports and entertainment from June 13 to August 29.
Our stays run from Saturday after 3:00 p.m. to Saturday before 10:00 a.m.
To ensure everyone’s peace and quiet, the Club is pedestrian-only (except on Saturdays for arrivals and departures). Vehicles must be parked in the external parking areas.

PLEASE NOTE
We provide bed linen, but not towels or beach towels.
For B1 and B2 cabins, please bring a padlock.

The balance of your stay must be paid, without a reminder from us, no later than one month before your arrival.
Any late payment will be considered as a cancellation for which the penalties provided for will be applied and the C.O will not be required to maintain the availability of the package.
